The Great Get Together Picnic

Date: 17th June
Venue: Picnic in a park or join with neighbours
Time: 12.00 – 14.00

To close the LOVE Marlow festival, we are promoting The Great Get Together. This weekend marks the anniversary of the murder of Jo Cox MP who inspired us when she said we had more in common than divides us. LOVE Marlow’s aim is to bring our community together; so, let’s celebrate that we love Marlow; celebrate what we have in common; and celebrate being neighbours. We would ask you to consider where you can celebrate and who with. We will be having a picnic in Higginson Park, if that works for you. Don’t forget to bring something to sit on; something to eat; and, if possible, travel on foot or by bike, leaving the car at home.
